A global supplier of bearings is seeking a Customer Solutions Representative to provide effective support to customers in automotive and industrial markets. This role involves processing customer orders, resolving supply chain issues, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering and possess strong communication skills. The position is hybrid, requiring 3 days onsite and 2 remote, with approximately 15% travel involved.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsabilidades

  • Receive, register, and process customer orders accurately and on time.
  • Monitor supply chain and resolve issues to meet customer demand.
