Job summary

Siemens Energy in Mexico is seeking a High Voltage Project Planning Trainee to support scheduling for complex EPC HV substation projects. This internship offers hands-on exposure to project controls and collaboration with diverse teams.

You will help create and maintain schedules, apply best practices, and document lessons learned to improve the scheduling process. English proficiency is required, and a relevant engineering degree is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field.
• Experience in product or project engineering or related areas.
• Strong skills in MS Office and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation and maintenance of schedules for complex EPC HV substation projects.
• Keeps good practices, helps PMs to identify and mitigate risks.
• Documents lessons learned, and document improvement in scheduling process.
• Collaborates with PEs, PMs, Logistics and other departments to deliver high-level accuracy schedules.
• Project name: EPC AIS & GIS Project Scheduling standardization.
