Pluxee in Mexico City is seeking a New Business Executive (Hunter) to drive growth in the mid-market segment. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with decision-makers, and translate challenges into value propositions that leverage our digital and SaaS solutions to improve well-being and engagement.

This role requires 3-5 years in B2B sales, consultative selling, a strong pipeline mindset, and willingness to travel. A hybrid work setup and a driver’s license are expected.

Formación

• 3 to 5 years of B2B sales and new business development experience.
• Experience in consultative selling, prospecting, and mid-market account management.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• CRM tools experience, preferably Salesforce.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Hybrid and dynamic work environment availability.
• Own vehicle and willingness to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and demand generation.
• Manage a robust pipeline of opportunities using Salesforce and sales management tools.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and design value propositions aligned to their challenges.
• Present digital and SaaS solutions that contribute to well-being, engagement and employee experience.
• Lead negotiation and closing processes, coordinating with internal teams to ensure a successful client experience.
• Work closely with internal areas to strengthen our value proposition.

¿Qué harás en este rol?

• Identificar y desarrollar nuevas oportunidades de negocio mediante actividades de prospección y generación de demanda.
• Gestionar un pipeline robusto de oportunidades utilizando Salesforce y herramientas de gestión comercial.
• Realizar reuniones de descubrimiento para entender las necesidades de los clientes y diseñar propuestas de valor alineadas a sus retos.
• Presentar soluciones digitales y SaaS que contribuyan al bienestar, compromiso y experiencia de los colaboradores.
• Liderar procesos de negociación y cierre comercial, colaborando con equipos internos para asegurar una experiencia exitosa para el cliente.
• Trabajar de manera cercana con áreas internas para fortalecer nuestra propuesta de valor.

Buscamos personas con:

• 3 a 5 años de experiencia en ventas B2B y desarrollo de nuevos negocios.
• Experiencia en venta consultiva, prospección y gestión de cuentas del segmento medio.
• Habilidades de negociación, comunicación y construcción de relaciones comerciales.
• Manejo de herramientas CRM, preferentemente Salesforce.
• Dominio de Microsoft 365 y capacidad para gestionar múltiples oportunidades de forma simultánea.
• Disponibilidad para trabajar en un entorno híbrido y dinámico.
• Contar con auto propio y disponibilidad para viajar.
