Formación

We are looking for a Human Resources Supervisor!

Address: Av. Gral. Ignacio Zaragoza 1298, Nueva, 21100 Mexicali, B.C.

Modality: On site/In-Office

Objective: Responsible for ensuring the daily oversight of the HR Department, under active supervision, supporting team members in their development to provide high-performance, high-quality service.

Specific functions:
  • Ensure compliance with sensitive processes, including the maintenance of the HRIS (Human Resources Information System), including, but not limited to, payroll, social security, control files, form updates, and historical data.
  • Receive and respond to employee escalations related to personnel management, anonymous complaints, workplace climate issues, and internal communications.
  • Monitor and adhere to the HR department's agenda regarding activities, events, training, system updates and improvements, implementation of forms and files, internal communications, etc.
  • Serve as the point of contact for providing requested information, including, but not limited to, key performance indicators (KPIs), employee records, data analysis, evidence for internal investigations, and monitoring of communication channels and chains of command.
  • Actively support the HR Manager in implementing changes within the department, reviewing NPS surveys and other mechanisms to identify areas for improvement in HR services.
  • Ability to cover for any absent team member if needed.
Requirements
  • Professional degree
  • Bilingual - English C1 level
  • Intermediate level of proficiency in MS Office and HRIS platforms
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as an HR assistant, including, but not limited to, (OD - WE, Recruitment, EHS, Payroll, and Training) or more than 1 year of experience as an HR supervisor.
  • Availability to work weekends, high autonomy, commitment to results, and basic knowledge of organizational methodologies.
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday (weekend flexibility), 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., 40 hours per week with 2 days off.
