Formación

  • At least 5 years of experience as Human Resources Manager.

As Human Resources Manager at NAPS, you will coordinate the department operation, and will ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring department metrics.
  • Coordination with NAPS legal department for managing labor issues, agreements, lawsuits, etc.
  • Drafting, updating, and aligning HR policies and procedures for application in other areas.
  • Monitoring the training of new department staff.
  • Responsibility for indirect personnel hiring follow-ups (requisitions, proposals, offers, DC3, and system enrollment).
  • Responsible for updating job descriptions.
  • Contract terminations due to RIT violations or end of term periods.
  • Monitoring leaders and supervisors for proper RIT application and complaints system usage.
  • Coordinating the annual motivational events program activities.
  • Execution and follow-up of the annual training, instruction, and productivity plan.
  • Participation and preparation for audits such as CTPAT, Human Rights, or others.
  • Ensuring services for employees, such as transportation and cafeteria.
  • Liaison and follow-up with the company union.Monitoring and reviewing service contracts with various department providers.
