Cummins Inc. seeks an HSE professional to provide technical support on health, safety and environmental matters to production and site personnel under the guidance of the site HSE leader. You will assist in the analysis, review and sustainability of HSE Management Systems.

You will participate in inspections, incident investigations, and help promote a culture of safety across the site with a focus on hazard identification and risk assessment.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets regulations.
• A two year University degree in Industrial Safety, Environmental Management, Sustainability or related field preferred.
• Experience in health, safety and environment required or with significant relevant work experience.

Aufgaben

• Provide HSE support to production and site personnel.
• Assist in analysis, review and sustainability of HSE management systems.
• Report injuries, illnesses, incidents or hazards through internal processes.
• Participate in HSE inspections and audit programs.
• Lead incident investigations and reporting.
• Support hazard identification and risk assessments processes.
• Maintain local HSE policies, procedures and regulatory compliance.
