Valeo is seeking a Site HR Support to coordinate training actions, manage employee relations, and oversee time attendance processes at the Querétaro site. The role includes payroll-related support, handling mandatory postings, and liaising with managers on HR topics.

You will act as IP referent, drive deployment plans, and contribute to audits like V5000, while supporting wellbeing and QoL initiatives at the site.

Formación

• Experience in HR support activities within a site or plant.
• Ability to coordinate training actions and enrollment processes.
• Familiarity with time attendance and payroll information handling.
• Knowledge of local labor law and workplace postings.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates Training actions in Production, according to the PDP.
• Coordinates Training actions organization, enrollments, and invitations for Productive employees.
• Coordinates Talent Development campaigns deployment within the Site (Annual appraisals, etc.) for operators.
• Gives support in Employee relations activities.
• Ensures display and update of mandatory or legal postings within the Site.
• Collects, records or validates absences and informs managers about Time attendance rules.
• Communicates Time attendance information to managers and allocates badges.
• Supports arrivals and departures: explains tools and manages documents.
• Transfers information to related structures and relays HR information as needed.
• Is IP referent for the site and coordinates deployment plans with roadmaps leaders.
• Facilitates IP meetings on progresses and updates IP tools.
• Supports Site HR Manager in the IP governance and audits (V5000).
• Participates in Well being improvement plan and QoL initiatives.
