A leading automotive solutions provider is seeking an experienced HR Integrations Specialist to design, build and maintain integrations between HR systems, focusing on SAP SuccessFactors. The successful candidate will ensure data flows securely across the organization and will be responsible for technical specifications, developing integration flows, and ensuring compliance with data protection standards. Proficiency in scripting languages and tools like SAP Integration Suite and MuleSoft will be essential for this role.

Formación

• Experience designing and implementing integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and external systems.
• Proficiency in scripting languages; .NET experience is a plus.
• Ability to analyze and transform data using formats such as JSON, XML, and CSV.

Responsabilidades

• Translate business and HR requirements into technical integration specifications.
• Design and implement integrations, developing and maintaining integration flows.
• Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards, including TLS/SSL.
