Medtronic plc in Tijuana, Mexico is seeking an Office Support professional to join our HR operations team. This role provides centralized HR administration across Global Rewards, Talent & Leadership Development, HR Operations, Employee Relations, and Payroll, ensuring accurate processing and responsive service.

You will collaborate across HR to establish standards, support internal customers, and contribute to efficient HR programs while working with advanced MS Office tools and Workday.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, psychology or similar.
• Experience in the human resources area or similar positions.
• Advanced English.
• Customer services.
• Mastery of Microsoft Office packages; Knowledge in Workday and Systems Tress.

A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. Provides centralized human resource administration and support across a variety of processes and programs including Global Rewards, Global Talent & Leadership Development, Global HR Operations, Employee Relations, and Payroll. Collaborates across the Human Resources function to establish operational standards and procedures that are leveraged to respond to employee and manager questions, ensures transactions are processed accurately and human resource programs and processes are administered effectively and efficiently.

Office Support Career Stream

Individual contributors who provide organizational related support or service (administrative or clerical) for other members within the organization. The majority of time is spent in the delivery of support services or activities, typically under supervision.

Required Knowledge and Experience
