Una empresa internacional de RRHH busca un HR Specialist en Salinas Victoria, N.L. para gestionar procesos de nómina y resolver consultas laborales. Se requiere título universitario y conocimientos en legislación laboral y herramientas de RRHH. Se valoran las habilidades de comunicación y organización, así como el manejo del inglés.

Formación

• Experiencia previa en un rol de apoyo en Recursos Humanos o una pasantía.
• Dominio en políticas y procedimientos de Recursos Humanos.
• Conocimientos de inglés intermedio- avanzado deseables.

Responsabilidades

• Asistir en diversas funciones de RRHH y colaborar con el equipo.
• Resolver consultas relacionadas con RRHH y gestionar casos.
• Gestionar el proceso de nómina y asegurar cumplimiento legal.

Requisitos del trabajo:

- Título universitario en un campo relacionado o experiencia equivalente.
- Se prefiere experiencia previa en un rol de apoyo en Recursos Humanos o una pasantía.
- Conocimiento básico de políticas, procedimientos y leyes laborales de Recursos Humanos.
- Fuertes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales.
- Excelentes habilidades organizativas y capacidad para manejar múltiples tareas.
- Dominio del paquete MS Office y software de HRIS.
- Viajes requeridos: < 10%
- Preferido: bilingüe en español e inglés.
- Pasaporte y Visa vigentes.
