A leading global hearing care company in Mexicali is looking for an HR Services Team Leader to manage HR operations and ensure excellent employee support. The ideal candidate should have significant HR experience and demonstrate strong leadership skills. You will oversee key HR functions, from onboarding to benefits administration, promoting a positive employee experience. This position requires advanced English proficiency and a graduate degree in HR or related field. The company offers a hybrid work model and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

  • At least 3 years of experience in HR administration in an international environment.
  • Very good understanding of the employee life cycle.
  • Advanced English level; fluent in English speaking.

Responsabilidades

  • Lead the HR Services team in delivering first-class administrative services.
  • Manage employee HR inquiries providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Coordinate onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding processes.
  • Administer employee benefits and assist payroll operations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and generate HR reports.
