Dematic is seeking an HR Operations Analyst to join our hybrid team in Guadalupe, Mexico. You will be the first point of contact for HR inquiries across the Americas, triaging requests, documenting information, and routing to the right teams.

You will resolve routine HR questions using approved knowledge articles, keep case records accurate, and escalate complex issues to HR specialists as needed. English proficiency is required for US-based partners.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field or 1–3 years of HR/operations experience.
• Experience with documented processes, ticketing systems, or shared inboxes is preferred.
• Experience using HR systems and collaboration platforms (e.g., Workday, SharePoint) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee, manager, and HR inquiries through approved service channels.
• Receive, document, and triage requests, ensuring information is collected and routed appropriately.
• Resolve routine HR inquiries using knowledge articles and documented procedures.
• Provide timely communication, updates, and status throughout the request lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and data in systems.
• Escalate complex inquiries to HR Operations, HR Generalists, or COE as needed.
• Identify trends to improve process navigation and employee experience.
• Collaborate across functions to support a consistent HR service experience.
