The Opportunity
This role plays a critical role within the People Experience & Operations Services organization, responsible for enabling effective change management, service activations, and culture evolution across LATAM.
This role supports the internal PExOps team, the broader HR community, and managers across the organization, ensuring that transformation efforts are well-communicated, people-centered, and successfully adopted.
Leading a team of three professionals across LATAM, the manager drives initiatives that help employees and leaders navigate change, strengthen the People Experience function’s impact, and embed a cohesive, purpose-driven culture across the region.
