  • Oversee the full HR scope: payroll management, recruitment, compensation & benefits, training & development, employee relations and engagement.
  • Improve communication flows with internal stakeholders and ensure alignment on HR priorities.
  • Increase efficiency and accuracy in administrative tasks, minimizing errors and ensuring timely delivery of HR projects.
  • Build and implement HR initiatives that enhance productivity, employee connection and organizational effectiveness.
  • Take ownership of challenges and provide solutions autonomously.
  • Ensure follow‑through and visibility of HR actions to senior leadership.

  • Lead end‑to‑end HR operations, including payroll administration, recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, training and development, and engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure HR processes are executed with accuracy, consistency and compliance.
  • Oversee payroll to guarantee error‑free, timely, and compliant processing.
  • Improve the quality of administrative work by reducing errors, clarifying processes and strengthening controls.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring the hiring of qualified and culturally aligned talent.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to identify talent needs and define role requirements.
  • Design and implement training programs that strengthen technical capabilities and soft skills.
  • Track progress and ensure learning initiatives are aligned with business needs.
  • Build stronger connections with employees, improving the overall employee experience.
  • Support issue resolution proactively and provide clear, timely solutions without needing extensive guidance.
  • Deliver HR projects on time, providing visibility to leadership and ensuring follow‑through.
  • Address existing gaps in execution by establishing structure, accountability and clearer workflows.
  • Strengthen communication channels within the organization to reduce misunderstandings and increase alignment.
  • Report directly to senior leadership, providing insight, recommendations and action plans.

  • Strong experience managing payroll and core HR operations in a manufacturing environment.
