You will collaborate with HR teams, mentors, and interns to manage onboarding, development events, networking sessions, and employee experience activities throughout the internship lifecycle.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in planning and delivery of onboarding activities, development events and networking sessions.
• Create and manage communications, presentations, guides, and program materials for participants and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to enhance processes and propose ideas to continuously improve the internship experience.
• Support employee experience and engagement initiatives to attract, develop, and retain future talent.
• Maintain program documentation, trackers, and resources for accurate information management.
