Under broad supervision, provides HR support to business unit or corporate functional area which may include recruiting, selection, and staffing, employment and personnel documentation, job evaluation, compensation, and benefits. Acts as a liaison between departments / Companys, all levels of line and staff management, compensation and benefits department, legal counsel, and outside service providers. Role typically requires between 3 and 5 years of experience.
