British American Tobacco Mexico has an exciting opportunity for a HR Business Partner in Monterrey. The HRBP Analyst Role contributes to the delivery of the DBS Human Resources tactical & operational agenda for HR, working closely with the HR Business Partners team and employees.
The role will be responsible for the execution of standard company-wide programs, initiatives and developing plans to robust the benefit platforms, actively seeking opportunities for innovation, simplification and problem solving of customer tailored HR solutions, manage the Talent agenda for the DBS. Your Key Responsibilities Will IncludeProvide professional HR expertise, advice and support, coach managers and employees on HR related topics for the designated functions / populations, working closely with COEs & GBS HRPartner with business leaders and other support functions to maintain a highly motivated and engaged workforceUnderstand and execute Global & local HR strategies, processes, and projects, and contribute to the continuous development and improvement of HR agendaMonitor and support HR processes & initiatives on resourcing, development, reward & retention, engagement, headcount tracking as requiredSupports effective governance & compliance in all HR activities including Employee Relations & local employment statutory requirementsConduct necessary reviews, analysis and insights as required in preparation for HR metrics and ad-hoc meetings or strategic reviews with HR implicationsDrive Performance Management process and system, such as the organizational leadership review / Career Path sessions / talent management initiatives for with business lines leadersEmbed a culture of constant focus on people development and drive continuous improvement culture within their area.Assist in compensation and benefits processes, including management of the Flex Benefits portal, Sura investment portal, medical check-ups, and coordination with all insurance vendors.
