ALTEN Mexico is seeking a talented HPC CAE Analyst SR to manage and maintain the HPC environment supporting CAE simulations. You will provide day-to-day support to the engineering user community, with a focus on automation and system administration. Location is remote, and 5+ years of experience are required.

English proficiency and a valid visa are needed to work remotely from Mexico. This full-time engineering role emphasizes collaboration across international teams.

Formación

• 5+ years in HPC/CAE infrastructure.
• Hands‑on with AWS ParallelCluster and SOCA.
• Strong Linux administration and scripting with Bash and Python.
• Excellent English for international collaboration.
• Valid visa/passport to work remotely from Mexico.

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated HPC CAE Analyst SR to join our team to manage and maintain the HPC environment supporting CAE simulation activities, and provide day-to-day support to the engineering user community.

Main responsibilities

• Cluster management, monitoring and maintenance
• Job scheduling, queue management, performance tuning and maintenance
• CAE software installation, upgrades and licensing support
• End-user support and troubleshooting
• Script creation for automation and system administration
• Development of automation scripts for pre-processing and post-processing of simulations

Requirements

• Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Physics.
• 5+ years in HPC / CAE infrastructure
• Hands‑on with AWS ParallelCluster
• Hands‑on SOCA (Scale-Out Computing on AWS)
• Proven experience building automation scripts for CAE pre/post-processing
• Strong Linux administration
• Scripting (Bash, Python)
• Valid Visa and Passport

Language

Intermediate-advanced English (technical comprehension and international team communication).
