Job summary

The Standard, Mexico City is seeking an Income Auditor to join our team and ensure every room night, dining tab, and spa service is accurately recorded. You’ll review daily revenue across hotel outlets and reconcile transactions with precision and integrity.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in income auditing or related finance roles, a solid foundation in accounting or hospitality, and fluency in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in income auditing, accounting, finance, or revenue-related roles.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations and revenue streams.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify daily revenue generated across all hotel outlets and operating departments.
• Audit room, food and beverage, spa, and other revenue streams for accuracy.
• Reconcile daily reports, transactions, and supporting documentation.
• Investigate discrepancies, variances, and unusual transactions, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports for Finance leadership.
• Monitor compliance with company policies, internal controls, and audit procedures.
• Partner with Front Office, Food & Beverage, and other operational teams to ensure accurate revenue capture.
• Support month-end closing activities and financial reporting processes.
• Maintain organized audit records and documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
