A leading real estate technology platform is seeking a motivated sales professional to manage client interactions and explain services to home buyers and sellers. This permanent work-from-home role based in Tijuana, Baja California requires over 2 years of inside sales experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with CRM tools. You will work in a dynamic environment, making every real estate transaction straightforward and satisfying while helping clients navigate their unique needs.

Formación

  • 2+ years of inside sales experience is required.
  • Must be a self-starter motivated to meet and exceed goals.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in English communication.

Responsabilidades

  • Explain HomeLight's service to clients and gather their needs.
  • Make initial contact with home buyers and sellers.
  • Navigate the CRM system and document all client interactions.

What You'll Do Here

As the first point of contact between a home buyer / seller and HomeLight, you will be responsible for explaining HomeLight's service to clients and gaining an understanding of their specific home buying / selling needs.

This means that this role requires a nice combination of customer service and sales.

  • Make initial contact with all home buyers and sellers offering on of our product solutions (you will have a portfolio of products to offer)
  • Field warm leads from home buyers and sellers that come to our HomeLight site - No cold calling!
  • Make every real estate transaction simple, certain and satisfying
  • Navigate our CRM system and provide detailed notes on all client interactions
What You Bring
  • 2+ years of inside sales experience
  • Motivated to meet and exceed goals ; which increases your earning potential
  • Ability to manage yourself vs. being micromanaged
  • Outstanding communication and relationship building skills
  • Flexibility in a start‑up environment
  • Tech savviness and familiar with CRM tools
  • Demonstrates proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
