BMW Group in Mexico seeks an E/E High Voltage Battery Coordinator to lead TWA investigations, coordinate onsite analyses, and provide expert guidance on high‑voltage systems. The role supports quality, timing, and cost objectives across the plant with strong problem-solving and English communication skills.

Responsibilities include calibration management, root-cause analyses for HV batteries, and collaboration with production teams to implement effective countermeasures and testing activities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics, Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in the automotive/manufacturing industry.
• Experience in hybrid vehicles is a plus.
• Problem-solving methods and use of quality tools (process control, root cause analysis, etc.).
• Strong communication and teamwork with advanced English.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct Technology, Material, and Process Analysis (TWA) investigations and perform analyses within electrical high-voltage discipline.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute onsite TWA analysis activities ensuring quality, timing, and cost objectives.
• Provide technical guidance to plant production areas on high-voltage batteries and E/E systems; deliver reports and support testing activities.
• Support Problem Management Process by providing technical expertise, leading containment actions, and evaluating countermeasures.
• Manage calibration and maintenance of equipment, including planning, procurement, execution, and documentation.
• Lead root-cause analysis for pre-series and series-produced high-voltage batteries; perform static/dynamic analyses and testing.
