JournalistWe are seeking a Diligent Journalist to join our dynamic editorial team.

This is an exciting opportunity to cover the most innovative and rapidly evolving regions in global wealth management, producing high-quality, independent journalism for a sophisticated professional audience. This role involves working predominantly remotely, but you will be expected to meet industry sources face-to-face and travel regularly across the region to develop valuable connections and cover key market developments. You'll cover a fast-paced beat, reporting for fund selectors, private bankers, wealth managers, CIOs and family offices.

You'll work closely with colleagues globally to deliver timely, high-quality journalism and build strong industry connections.

Main Responsibilities

• Publish accurate, timely and captivating digital content across various platforms.
• Curate and distribute our daily newsletter, selecting top stories and ensuring on-time delivery.
• Conduct interviews with senior industry leaders, fund managers, CIOs, selectors and other key professionals.
• Develop and maintain strong source networks across asset management, private banking and wealth management.
• Collaborate with our global editorial and video teams to produce impactful multimedia content.
• Attend industry events, conferences and roundtables, providing in-depth coverage of market developments.
• Take ownership of your beat, discovering original stories and breaking news.

Requirements

• Language Skills : Fluent English and Spanish (near-native); Portuguese is a plus.
• Experience : Proven journalism experience, ideally covering finance, markets or investments, with a demonstrated track record of delivering quality content under tight deadlines.
• Industry Knowledge : Strong understanding of financial markets, asset management and private banking.
• Writing & Editing : Ability to distill complex ideas into clear, concise and compelling content.
• Interviewing & Networking : Confidence in building relationships with senior professionals and developing a network of trusted sources.
• Analytical Skills : Critical thinking and translation of data, trends and market insights into actionable journalism.
• News Sense : Skilled at identifying stories, breaking news and pitching original ideas that resonate with a professional audience.
• Technical Skills : Familiarity with digital publishing tools, with multimedia or video experience a plus.
• Collaboration & Mindset : Self-motivated, proactive and able to thrive independently while working collaboratively with remote colleagues.
