Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. is seeking an operator to perform back-end assembly and test operations in a manufacturing environment. You will follow work instructions and safety rules, ensuring quality and efficiency in daily tasks.

The role involves die preparation, bonding, molding, trim&form, testing, and assembling according to plan using machines and tools. It requires organizing stocks and performing routine quality checks to ensure smooth production flow.

• Assembling according to plan, and using specific equipment (machines, specialized tools)
• Performing prescribed sight checks, functionality or general quality test routines and procedures

Descripción del empleo

Adhering or ensuring adherence to relevant internal work instructions, safety rules and applicable regulations (e.g., EHS). Executing, supervising or managing back-end assembly and test operations:

• Die preparation and attachment;
• Bonding, molding, trim&form, testing, etc.;
• Organizing assigned stocks for parts, semi-products or components;
• Assembling according to plan, and using specific equipment (machines, specialized tools). Performing prescribed sight checks, functionality or general quality test routines and procedures. A job at this level… Executes task(s), as ordered or explained. Reports any failure or dysfunctionality to responsible employees or supervisor. Obeys all work rules and environment, health & safety regulations as valid for the work task(s) assigned.
