A leading global professional services company seeks an experienced individual to provide guidance on health, safety, and environment (HS&E) compliance. The role involves developing strategic systems to ensure safety regulations are met and supporting the site safety team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 5 years' experience, and must be fluent in Spanish with strong communication skills. This position is located in Tepotzotlán, Mexico.

Providing authoritative guidance to the project and construction team, becoming part of it, especially on legal compliance topics such as risk assessments, legal audit & claims from local authorities regarding site safety labor inspections, safety committee work streams, “contingencies determination” and work job position adaptations, incident investigations.
Plan and develop strategic work systems around HS&E guidelines, recommending suitable processes aligned with clients’ and regulatory standards.
Support the existing site safety team for keeping reporting regimes in place for Health and Safety statistics.
Support business change via effective change management processes in a fast‑paced environment, when required.
Implement and review the Company’s global safety policies, ensuring that local legislative requirements are also met.
Maintain and develop personal competence to meet the demands of both the business and clients.
It is expected that the successful candidate will have sufficient flexibility to manage and deliver projects within the region.
