Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group seeks a Head Therapist for its Performance Medicine program at the Nuevo Vallarta show. You will lead medical care, prevention, rehabilitation, and performance health for artists, reporting to the Artistic Director and PMed Manager.

You will establish emergency plans, maintain medical documentation, and collaborate with coaching teams to minimize injury and support performance excellence. This is a full-time on-site role in Mexico.

Formación

• University-degree and valid license in Athletic Therapy or Athletic Training or Physical Therapy or Physiotherapy (Master’s degree preferred).
• Valid CPR/AED certification (additional Emergency Sports First Responder or EMT courses preferred).
• Minimum 6 years relevant clinical experience (on-field/event coverage preferred).
• Fluency in English (Spanish an asset).
• Availability to work full time in Mexico.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the PMed department operations and staff scheduling with professionalism.
• Deliver high standards of medical care, prevention, rehabilitation, and health care administration for artists.
• Collaborate with Coaches and Artistic team to reduce injuries and support performance.
• Maintain medical documentation and ensure compliance with governance and insurance requirements.
• Participate in training, meetings, and emergency planning with relevant teams.
