Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• Proven track record of 5+ years in sales leadership, ideally selling to customers in food or beverage.
• Demonstrated success in achieving ambitious sales targets and managing key accounts.
• Experience in cultivating and developing a high‑achieving sales team.
• Culturally agile with a strong understanding of international business environments.
• Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish.
• Willingness to travel as needed to drive business growth.
