Formación

• Previous experience as Director or Senior Manager of Human Resources/People & Culture in luxury hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law, union relations, and compliance processes.
• Exceptional communication skills and emotional intelligence.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the overall People & Culture strategy for the hotel.
• Design and execute the onboarding process for new hires.
