About This Role

The Senior Manager drives operational efficiency and leads transformation initiatives in payroll operations by identifying opportunities to optimize processes, implement innovative solutions, new technologies, and automation. They lead teams, collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop change management plans, create training materials, and conduct sessions for payroll staff and stakeholders.

  • Drive process optimization and implementation of innovative solutions in payroll operations.
  • Analyze and redesign payroll processes using technology and automation to drive operational transformation and efficiency.
  • Understand payroll compliance and regulations, leveraging experience to design scalable solutions that optimize workflows and reduce manual intervention.
  • Expertise in payroll systems and HRIS integration, leading system upgrades, migrations, or automation projects.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills to identify opportunities for process improvement and lead change management initiatives.
About You

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field, with a strong foundation in process analysis and transformation methodologies. At least 10 years of experience leading process transformation initiatives in payroll or HR operations, including the design and implementation of automation solutions.

Advanced communication skills are required to effectively champion payroll transformation projects, train teams on new technologies and processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
