Job description

Are you someone who thrives in high-expectation environments — who’s built your career in places where the bar is high, the pace is fast, and excellence is the norm — and now wants to apply that same rigor to helping scale a business entering its next stage of growth.

We're looking for a Head of Operations who combines financial acumen with operational leadership — someone who can shape the plan, run the teams that execute it, and give leaders across the business a clear view of how their work moves the numbers.

You're sharp, resourceful, and steady under pressure. You've spent the last 7–10 years in demanding, results-driven environments — likely starting in consulting, investment banking, or a top tech company before moving into operating roles where you've led teams and owned outcomes. You're as comfortable in a forecast model as you are in a conversation with a brand leader about what's possible. Now you're looking for a role with real ownership, breadth, and visibility at the center of the business.

This role is for someone who:

  • Brings structured, commercial thinking to planning, operations, and strategic decisions.
  • Leads teams with high standards and a constant drive to make them run better.
  • Moves fluidly between the big-picture plan and the details that make it succeed.
  • Translates complex financials into clear direction for the people making decisions.
  • Thrives in an environment where the pace is fast, the standards are high, and no task is beneath you.

If you want a role where you’ll be trusted with projects that matter — and where your impact will be visible across the company — this is it.

Key Responsibilities
  • Annual planning & forecasting: Lead the annual operating plan and rolling forecasts, working across finance, brand leadership, and the executive team. Translate what we plan to do into what it means for the numbers, track how it's actually playing out, and keep leadership aligned on where the business is headed.
  • Operations leadership: Own supply chain, customer service, and product compliance, and lead a team of 10+ across them. Raise the bar on how each function runs — sharper processes, greater efficiency, and tighter coordination with the rest of the business..
  • Strategic financial partnership: Be the go-to partner for business leaders on the financial side of their decisions. Help them see how their work flows into the numbers, model scenarios, manage against them, and report back on how things are tracking — bringing a strategic, big-picture lens to the business's financials.
  • Technology, systems & AI: Lead the selection, implementation, and management of the systems that run our business, with a broad mandate to put AI to work across the company — finding where it can make every team faster, smarter, and more effective.
  • Special projects & new opportunities: Lead the high–stakes initiatives that shape what's next for the company — identifying and negotiating deals, evaluating acquisitions, opening new channels, and pursuing new business opportunities as they emerge.
About the Company

We keep our team small, our standards high, and our goals ambitious. Every person here plays a visible role in shaping strategy, creative, and growth — driving measurable impact on the brands we’re building.
