A fast-growing FinTech company is seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead the expansion of their sales organization in Mexico City. This role involves building a sales team, defining strategies, and ensuring revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have extensive sales leadership experience, be fully bilingual, and be comfortable with extensive travel. Competitive compensation and growth opportunities are offered.

Formación

  • 8+ years of experience in sales leadership, including team building.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of pipeline management and sales operations.
  • Experience in financial services, fintech, or B2B sales preferred.

Responsabilidades

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the sales department.
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to sales team members.
  • Manage and forecast sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership.
  • Travel regularly to oversee teams and participate in meetings.
