The candidate should have over 15 years of experience in finance or accounting roles and be proficient in QuickBooks. Responsibilities include managing payroll, bank reconciliation, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This full-time position is based in Mexico and offers an opportunity to work remotely.

Formación

• 15+ years of finance or accounting experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
• Proven experience with accounting best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting best practices.
• Oversee and process payroll, ensuring timely and accurate compensation for employees.
• Perform and supervise reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
• Lead and guide two Argentina-based bookkeepers for consistent reporting.
• Monitor cash flow, manage budgets, and control expenses.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and assist with audits.

Conocimientos

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting best practices.
• Payroll Management: Oversee and process payroll, ensuring timely and accurate compensation for employees.
• Bank & Credit Card Reconciliation: Perform and supervise reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
• Bookkeeping Supervision: Lead and guide two Argentina-based bookkeepers, ensuring consistent and accurate financial reporting.
• Budget & Expense Management: Monitor cash flow, manage budgets, and control expenses to support business growth.
• Tax & Compliance: Ensure all financial activities comply with regulations, assist with audits, and coordinate with external accountants.
• 15+ years of finance or accounting experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks (or similar accounting software).
• Proven experience with payroll, bank reconciliation, and credit card reconciliation.
• Professional English proficiency.
