Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or related field. Master's preferred.
• Proven leadership in Industrial Engineering, Operational Excellence, or Manufacturing Strategy within complex environments.
• Strong expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, and productivity methodologies.
• Experience leading large-scale operational transformation and cost optimization.
• Strong analytical, financial, and project management capabilities with data-driven decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to influence senior leadership.
• Advanced English proficiency required.

• Define and execute the Industrial Engineering and Operational Strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Lead productivity, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.

Job Description Summary

The Head of Industrial Engineering & Operational Strategy will lead the development and execution of manufacturing optimization initiatives across the organization. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, productivity improvement, cost competitiveness, capacity planning, and strategic transformation projects. Partnering closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, and Plant Leadership teams, this leader will shape the long-term operational strategy while ensuring world-class manufacturing performance.
