Position Overview

The Head of Marketing will lead all efforts to increase brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and drive measurable client acquisition. This person will create full-funnel marketing strategies across digital (SEO, paid ads, email, automation, social) and traditional (TV, radio, print) platforms. The ideal candidate is an analytical and creative expert who thrives on performance metrics but isn’t afraid to get in the trenches to personally optimize a campaign, audit ad platforms, or build an automation sequence.

Work Setup

This is an onsite position with an office location in Tijuana.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns aligned with firm goals.
  • Oversee both brand-building and lead generation initiatives across all media channels.

Performance Marketing & Analytics

  • Own key KPIs including CAC, ROI, LTV, and CPL.
  • Continuously test and optimize campaigns using Looker Studio, Google Analytics, and HubSpot, or any similar platforms.

Hands-On Campaign Management and Execution

  • Launch and manage campaigns directly using Meta, Google Ads, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, and other tools.
  • Create and test copy, creatives, and funnels with agility and insight.

Team & Vendor Leadership

  • Lead internal marketing teams and external partners/agencies.
  • Set performance goals and provide mentorship, feedback, and direction.

Content & Brand Oversight

  • Guide development of creative assets, branding strategies, and content roadmaps.
  • Align messaging across digital, traditional, and sales enablement materials.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with legal, intake, and operations to ensure alignment of marketing with client experience and business outcomes.

Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Monitor KPIs through dashboards (e.g., Looker Studio) and lead with insights.
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of marketing leadership, preferably in legal, BPO, or professional services.
  • Proven track record of full-cycle campaign success across both traditional and digital channels.
  • Advanced knowledge of SEO, paid media, CRM/email automation, lead nurturing, conversion funnels, and performance marketing.
  • Expertise in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google My Business (GMB), Looker Studio, Power BI, Excel/Sheets, and SQL.
  • Automation experience using Zapier.
  • Strong command of performance metrics (CAC, CPL, LTV, etc.) and dashboarding tools (Looker Studio or equivalent).
  • Ability to work autonomously and execute campaigns directly.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience marketing in a personal injury or BPO firm.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Filevine, RingCentral, and CallRail.
  • Competency in A/B testing, copywriting, and creative direction.
  • Knowledge of California legal advertising regulations.
