Placements24 is recruiting a Head of Cleaning and Environmental Control for high-tech facilities in Torreón, MX. You will design and oversee cleaning programs for cleanrooms and labs, lead a team of technicians, and develop SOPs ensuring dust and contamination control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in cleaning supervision and environmental control in high-tech industries.
• Experience developing and implementing cleaning protocols for controlled environments.
• Strong knowledge of dust control, particle management, and chemical safety.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships effectively.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; flexibility to work varied hours.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage cleaning and environmental control programs for high-tech floors, cleanrooms, labs, and admin areas.
• Lead and train a team of cleaning technicians; ensure adherence to protocols.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for cleaning activities focused on dust, particles, and contamination control.
• Perform regular inspections and audits to verify cleanliness standards and documentation.
• Manage inventory and procurement of cleaning supplies, disinfectants, and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and QA to address environmental control needs.
• Oversee safe handling and disposal of chemicals and waste.
• Investigate environmental control incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Stay updated on new cleaning technologies relevant to high-tech industries.
