A leading e-commerce company is seeking a Senior Product Leader in Mexico to define and drive affordability strategies across International Emerging Stores. This pivotal role will lead product managers to implement innovative affordability solutions including Interest-Free Installments and BNPL. Candidates should have over 12 years of related experience, strong team management skills, and proficiency in influencing diverse stakeholders. Spanish or Portuguese fluency is a plus.

Formación

• 12+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
• 6+ years of team management experience.
• Strong understanding of BNPL, installments, and credit risk.
• Proven P&L ownership and analytical rigor.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own the affordability vision and multi-year roadmap for IES.
• Partner with central teams to make installments a core price lever.
• Drive UX innovations to make affordability visible in the shopping journey.
• Ensure portfolio cost neutrality towards long-term profitability.
• Expand customer adoption of IFI and BNPL.
