IBM Infrastructure & Technology in Mexico is seeking a Hardware Developer specializing in Test Development and Process Engineering. You will design, develop, test, and deliver manufacturing configuration and test processes for infrastructure solutions using the latest technologies, focusing on quality and yield.

Your role includes creating test specifications and tests, validating test rules and models, performing fault and coverage analysis, and providing technical support to manufacturing

Formación

• Experience with manufacturing configuration and test processes for infrastructure solutions.
• Familiarity with high-speed serial links, memory interfaces, SRAMs, and PLLs.
• Experience using test engineering tools such as Cadence.
• Experience validating test rules and models, and performing fault analyses.
• Understanding of test structures and their application to ensure design testability.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and test manufacturing configuration and test processes for infrastructure solutions.
• Analyze and profile effects of manufacturing processes to improve quality and yield.
• Create test specifications and tests and validate test rules and models.
• Perform fault and coverage analysis to identify and address issues.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing teams and help with test instructions and debugging.
