A leading automotive company is seeking an Applied Science/MarTech Strategist to bridge the gap between technical output and marketing action. The role involves defining a strategic roadmap, translating insights into executable strategies, and partnering with relevant teams to optimize data-driven marketing capabilities. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, or Business Administration, and experience in marketing analytics or product management. This hybrid position requires working 3 days onsite and 2 days remotely.

Formación

  • Proven experience in marketing analytics, growth strategy, or product management for data-intensive products.
  • Exceptional ability to synthesize technical data/models and articulate business impact and strategic next steps.
  • Experience in defining and measuring KPIs (LTV, ROAS, CPA, etc.) and developing comprehensive performance reporting frameworks.

Responsabilidades

  • Define the strategic roadmap for advanced marketing capabilities.
  • Translate statistical models and analysis into executable strategies for Marketing Operations.
  • Design robust A/B tests, multivariate tests, and lift studies.
  • Ensure the technology stack supports the defined strategic data activation use cases.
  • Communicate complex analytical concepts to marketing leadership.
