A leading technology company in Mexico is searching for an Account Manager to drive growth within its SMB portfolio. The role involves managing local accounts, developing data-driven strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance account health. Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of account management or B2B experience, strong analytical skills, and a Bachelor’s degree. This position can significantly influence territory results and supports local business initiatives.

Formación

  • Experience in account management or B2B commercial roles (2–3 years).
  • Strong analytical abilities to manage pipelines and evaluate performance.
  • Ability to run performance diagnostics and translate findings into actionable strategies.

Responsabilidades

  • Manage a portfolio of Local Hero SMB Merchants and conduct performance reviews.
  • Develop Offers and Ads strategies using data insights.
  • Monitor account health metrics and identify risks or opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Cross-functional teams for local initiatives.
  • Ensure efficient portfolio management through documentation and CRM updates.
