A fintech company in Mexico seeks an experienced growth marketing consultant to lead key initiatives. Candidates should have 5-8+ years in growth marketing, fluency in English and Spanish, and a strong background in fintech, particularly with consumer or SMB lenders. We use AI to bring both business credit and payments to micro‑businesses across the globe - starting with Latin America.
We launched a credit card in Mexico last year, have over 10,000 small business customers, recently launched a small business loan product, and are expanding into payments this year.
Our vision is to use AI to automate every part of our business - from acquisition, to underwriting, to credit line upgrades, to collections - in order to serve millions of micro‑businesses around the world in a scalable and profitable way.
Our team is run by a very small (currently 8 person) team of extremely talented, mission‑driven, data focused engineers and business leaders - including a CEO / co‑founder who is a successful former VC and multi‑exit fintech founder, and team members with decades of combined experience at leading fintechs across the US and Mexico.

This role will begin as a paid consultant, and can grow to include very meaningful equity compensation.
We are looking for a hard‑working and highly entrepreneurial growth marketing consultant to lead our growth marketing work.
You will be a critical part of our leadership team.
Your primary responsibility is to build a highly cost effective and highly scalable acquisition engine that drives our business.
