Brookshire Grocery Company (BGC) is seeking a reliable grocery associate in our store to maintain stock levels and ensure products are well-displayed in the grocery department. You will help unload and reload shipments, rotate stock, and keep shelves clean and compliant with safety standards.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, answering questions, and supporting teammates in a fast-paced retail setting. This role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and a friendly, service-driven attitude.

Formación

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• 18+ required to operate equipment.
• 21+ to drive for company business per policy.
• On-the-job training provided.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain stock levels and ensure display standards in grocery department.
• Unload pallets with pallet jack and reload trucks as needed.
• Rotate dated products and discard unsold items properly.
• Inspect products for quality and uphold food safety standards.
• Assist customers and fellow partners with price checks and locating items.
• Provide friendly, customer-service oriented interaction.
