Graphic and Multimedia Designer Role Profile

Purpose of Role

The Graphic and Multimedia Designer play a key role in the community and will contribute to its success and growth. This position will work closely with the Marketing Head to develop and implement demand generation positioning and marketing strategies.

Responsible for planning design and produce graphic and audiovisual content to support and drive student recruitment at all levels through targeted marketing and retention initiatives and activities.

This position will constantly seek opportunities for improvement within each of the channels involved in institutional marketing .

Role Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design
  • Assure brand and visual identity for communications: develop and maintain consistency in visual identity, ensuring coherence in logos, institutional colors, fonts and other graphic elements across all communications.
  • Create visual content for promotional campaigns and institutional communications.
  • Design printed and digital materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, newsletters and presentations that describe the educational offering, extracurricular activities and key aspects.
  • Poster and banner design: create signage for special events, open days, educational fairs and other institutional events.
  • Develop graphic elements to support visual identity (e.g., standardized stationery, promotional material, institutional presentations).
Video Production
  • Produce and edit videos showcasing special events and testimonials from students or families.
  • Develop animations and motion graphics for social media and institutional presentations.
Social Media and Digital Platforms
  • Design attractive and creative posts for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok). Adapt content for different platforms and formats (stories, reels, web banners, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement strategies to increase reach and engagement on social networks.
  • Creation of digital banners and ads: develop graphic elements for online advertising campaigns such as banners, promotional images for Google Ads and social media.
Institutional Support
  • Design materials for internal activities such as graduations, ceremonies, contests or community events.
  • Support the production of graphic material and institutional videos for enrollment campaigns, open house events and student recruitment initiatives such as virtual tours or promotional videos for social media.
  • Institutional photography and videography: take or coordinate high‑quality photo sessions to be used in marketing campaigns, website publications, yearbooks or special events.
  • Update visual content on the website in coordination with the web development team to create an attractive, visually intuitive website that aligns with the visual identity.
  • Design of internal manuals and documents: create standardized formats for institutional manuals, academic reports, school calendars, report cards and other internal documents that require a professional visual presentation.
  • Design of materials for events: create graphic elements needed for events such as certificates, programs, badges, visual backdrops for presentations or cultural days.
  • Design of stands and space decoration: collaborate in the design of stands or decoration for educational fairs or open house events.
Skills Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, multimedia or a related field. Digital marketing certifications are a plus.
  • 2 years in graphic design, preferably in the education or institutional sector.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
  • Experience in video editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar software.
  • Basic knowledge of photography and photo editing.
  • Familiarity with social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio).
  • Experience in responsive design and adapting materials to various digital formats.
  • Innovative and creative.
  • Attention to detail and focus on delivering high‑quality work.
  • Social Media savvy.
  • Graphic Design & Video editing programs and applications.
  • Intermediate‑Advanced English.
