Formación

• 1 to 3 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer or in field engineering roles.
• Experience in installation, commissioning, maintenance, or troubleshooting of production lines or industrial machinery.
• Valid passport.

Responsabilidades

• Define workload planning and forecasting ensuring proper resource allocation.
• Assess technical competencies within the team and support skills development.
• Ensure compliance with Safety, Health, and Environmental certifications and training.
• Lead and supervise field teams during installation and service activities.
• Manage cooperation between FSEs and key stakeholders on site.
