Celestica in Monterrey, Mexico, is seeking an Import/Export Administrator 2 to manage compliance with import/export regulations, advise internal customers, and support global shipments in a busy SCM environment.

You will develop procedures, train staff, trace inbound and outbound shipments, expedite with carriers and customs, resolve process issues, and maintain system data, collaborating with multiple site departments.

Formación

• Four to six years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of import/export rules and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to interpret traffic and logistics laws.
• Experience with audits and regulatory procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations for internal and external customers.
• Develop procedures and training to raise site awareness and conduct audits.
• Trace inbound/outbound shipments to advise parts receipt dates.
• Expedite shipments through carriers and customs as required.
• Provide ongoing support in resolving process/execution issues.
• Maintain system tables in support of related activity.
