A leading mobility technology platform is seeking a Tech Support Engineer to identify and resolve issues for overseas users, enhance system usability, and conduct localization testing. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, be proficient in Chinese, English, and Spanish, and possess strong communication and process management skills. Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline is preferred.
• Background in technical support, QA/testing, or overseas business is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage in face-to-face interactions.
• Highly resilient under pressure with strong business acumen.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and resolve online issues for overseas users.
• Collaborate with local operations to provide technical support.
• Organize localized product experience initiatives.
• Conduct comprehensive localization testing.
