As Global Talent Acquisition Technology & Operations Leader you will set the global strategy for PPG's talent attraction ecosystem, spanning TA technologies, digital candidate experiences, employer branding, and early-career pipelines. You will provide enterprise leadership to lead scalable, compliant, and future‑ready talent acquisition capabilities in partnership with senior leaders and partners.
In this role you will work a Hybrid schedule, with three days a week reporting to an office at one of our locations, and two days a week working remotely. You will report to the Global Talent Acquisition Director.

The base salary range for this position is $160,000 to $176,000 annually. All offer amounts are dictated by length/breadth of applicable experience and current departmental pay equity.
