Formación

• Experience using Korn Ferry Techniques is preferred.
• Ability to provide effective feedback and facilitate selection processes.

Responsabilidades

• Manage talent selection and provide shortlists of candidates.
• Conduct interviews to evaluate competencies and cultural fit.
• Ensure feedback is provided to candidates throughout the process.
