Our team plays a critical role in our unified mission of "Solving for safer". We oversee global Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) execution to fulfill product requirements worldwide across both our Land Mobile Radio (LMR) and Video Security divisions. By bridging demand signals with actual production realities, our team helps to ensure that essential communications and security ecosystem technologies are available whenever and wherever they are needed most.
We are looking for a Global Supply Planner to coordinate and optimize our international supplier product flows. In this role, you will analyze forecasts (NET REQUIREMENTS AND NET BOOKED ORDERS), manage raw material allocations to our EMS partners, and balance inventory to support seamless factory operations. You will act as a vital bridge between Business Operations and global Distribution Centers (DCs), converting high-level demand forecasts into reliable, execution-ready build plans.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, International business or similar. We are looking for a candidate with 5+ years of experience in supply chain, with must-have expertise in Procurement/Purchasing and desirable in New Product Introduction (NPI). Experience in roles like Production Planner, Master Scheduler, or Materials Expediter is a plus. A background in the electronics or automotive industry is strongly preferred. Must reside in Guadalajara, with the ability to work hybrid (3 days from Guadalajara Technology Park located Carretera Guadalajara-Nogales Km. 13.5 - Prolongación Avenida Vallarta in Zapopan, Jalisco) The domain of Google suite is preferable.
