Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Global Supply Planner in Guadalajara to coordinate and optimize international supplier product flows. You will analyze forecasts, manage raw material allocations to EMS partners, and balance inventory to support factory operations.

You will bridge Sales, Operations and global DCs to convert demand plans into executable build plans. Hybrid work is available (3 days on-site at Guadalajara Technology Park).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 5+ years in supply chain.
• Must-have procurement/purchasing expertise; desirable NPI experience.
• Experience in roles like Production Planner, Master Scheduler, or Materials Expediter is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and optimize international supplier product flows.
• Analyze forecasts and net requirements, balance inventory for factory operations.
• Serve as liaison between Sales, Operations and global DCs to translate demand into build plans.
• Monitor ERP/MRP data, supplier performance, and drive continuous improvement.
• Support ECOs and NPI as needed; escalate issues to EMS and supply assurance teams.
