Job summary

Corning is seeking a Global Supply Chain Transformation Program Manager to lead enterprise-scale initiatives across our Optical Communications Solutions organization. You will define supply chain strategies, align senior stakeholders, and translate priorities into scalable solutions that improve efficiency, agility, and customer value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; master’s preferred.
• At least 10 years of progressive supply chain experience including leadership of complex programs.
• Broad expertise across planning, forecasting, procurement, inventory, warehousing, transportation or logistics.
• Experience using ERP systems and advanced supply chain technologies to improve performance.
• Strong program and project management capabilities with structured methodologies and governance.
• Proven success in digital transformation and large-scale process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, enterprise-level supply chain programs from strategy through realization.
• Define program vision, execution plans, and roadmaps across forecasting, planning, procurement, inventory, warehousing, transportation, and logistics.
• Partner with leaders and teams to standardize processes, optimize systems, and deliver measurable improvements.
• Drive digital transformation with lean principles, data-driven analysis, and change management.
• Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels.
