WSP seeks a Software Asset Management Specialist to join the SAM Hub, supporting a large, international IT environment across regions. You will manage licensing requests, optimize software usage, and drive governance across the lifecycle of software assets.

Location is flexible (LAC/remote/hybrid); you will collaborate with IT, Procurement, Engineering, and external vendors to ensure compliance and cost optimization in a dynamic, global context.

Formación

  • Experience in ITIL-aligned environments.
  • Experience in Software Asset Management or similar operational IT roles.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet service levels.
  • Process-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships across teams.
  • Comfortable in dynamic environments.
  • Proficient in English and Spanish.
  • Experience with multicultural and distributed teams.

Responsabilidades

  • Manage end-to-end software licensing requests and processing.
  • Maintain records of software assets from procurement to deinstallation.
  • Respond to stakeholder queries and licensing escalations.
  • Collaborate with IT, On-Site Support, and SCCM/Intune; coordinate with vendors.
  • Support software installation and delivery processes.
  • Drive license optimization and improve usage efficiency.
  • Support audit and compliance activities and reporting requirements.
  • Maintain renewals calendar and input to financial planning.
  • Identify operational gaps through metrics and ITSM alignment.
  • Support transition activities and knowledge sharing across teams.
